Surah The Light [An-Noor] Ayah 64 Location Maccah Number 24
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ جَآءُو بِٱلۡإِفۡكِ عُصۡبَةٞ مِّنكُمۡۚ لَا تَحۡسَبُوهُ شَرّٗا لَّكُمۖ بَلۡ هُوَ خَيۡرٞ لَّكُمۡۚ لِكُلِّ ٱمۡرِيٕٖ مِّنۡهُم مَّا ٱكۡتَسَبَ مِنَ ٱلۡإِثۡمِۚ وَٱلَّذِي تَوَلَّىٰ كِبۡرَهُۥ مِنۡهُمۡ لَهُۥ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٞ [١١]
Ciertamente, quienes extendieron la calumnia (contra ‘Aisha)[672] fue un grupo de ustedes (los creyentes). No piensen que ello los perjudicará (a quienes no tuvieron nada que ver con la calumnia), pues los beneficiará (al esclarecerse el asunto y probarse la inocencia de ‘Aisha). Todos los que participaron en la calumnia obtendrán su merecido por la parte del pecado que les corresponda, y el principal responsable[673] tendrá un terrible castigo.
