Surah Taha [Taha] Ayah 135 Location Maccah Number 20
وَلَوۡ أَنَّآ أَهۡلَكۡنَٰهُم بِعَذَابٖ مِّن قَبۡلِهِۦ لَقَالُواْ رَبَّنَا لَوۡلَآ أَرۡسَلۡتَ إِلَيۡنَا رَسُولٗا فَنَتَّبِعَ ءَايَٰتِكَ مِن قَبۡلِ أَن نَّذِلَّ وَنَخۡزَىٰ [١٣٤]
Dar dacă Noi i-am fi nimicit printr-o pedeapsă mai înainte de el[25], atunci ar fi zis ei: „Doamne, de ce nu ne-ai trimis Tu un Profet, ca să fi putut urma semnele Tale înainte ca noi să fi fost umiliți și loviți de rușine?”
